A thick and rigid blade makes this Bigboy Outback Edition 100% outdoor resistant. Silky has applied a black coating of a unique blend of nickel and tin to the entire blade, including the teeth. This ensures long blade life and incredible cutting performance. Additionally, the dark, non-reflective color makes this saw particularly suitable for tactical operations.
The curved blade grips wood effortlessly and keeps the saw in the kerf. With a blade length of 36 cm, you have great autonomy and can easily cut logs up to 18 cm in diameter. The blade folds and unfolds smoothly thanks to the locking button and has two different cutting positions. Use this saw with two hands for increased cutting power.
The "Arbor Composite" handle is made from a wood/composite composition, which provides a warm, comfortable feel and superior control. The handle is a little harder than Silky's usual GOM rubber handle, but provides more grip with oily substances.
Take this saw everywhere; The Bigboy 2000 Outback Edition is compact, lightweight and comes with a zippered nylon storage bag. The inside of the bag has a protective coating that is also easy to clean.
