Cold Steel has been manufacturing push daggers for over a quarter of a century now. Over the years, we have continually refined our designs, discarding the least relevant features, and improving whatever worked best by being the most functional.
So we have been constantly in pursuit of making the most perfect knife in the world.
Our safe maker series represents a pivotal point in our learning, knowledge, experience, testing and development.
The blades, their composition, the sharpening of their edge and the edge result took a turning point with the development of T-tang blades.
These blades are crafted from Japanese AUS8A steel and a polished stone finish. They have also benefited from heat treatment and sub-zero quenching to increase their strength and performance.
A Kray-Ex polymer and rubber handle coats the tang of the T-shaped blade to provide a comfortable, strong and ergonomic handle.
Each push dagger has a polymer holster so that it can be worn around the neck, on the belt, or on the ankle.
