This high quality plate carrier has front and rear inserts, intended to stop real bullets. You can place plates inside the vest that cover and protect the vital organs of the upper body. With the addition of side inserts for even more protection and taking as little risk as possible. It also has MOLLE attachments and pockets for carrying other military-style gear.
