Our range of Wakizashi tactical machetes is inspired by our range of katanas and wakisashi, in the Japanese spirit which characterizes them, but also inspired by the commercial success of these products and their distribution throughout the world.
Underground
With a more tactical and more versatile appearance, this tactical machete is more underground inspired than our noble katanas.
Blade
Our lactic machete has a blade ending in a tanto point, the kind of point that was once made to pierce samurai armor.
The 3mm thick 1055 carbon steel blade is one of the strongest machete blades on the market at this price point. The blade is coated with an anti-reflective and anti-rust black coating. Discretion and durability.
It is also a full-tang blade, meaning it fits completely into the handle for greater impact resistance and resistance to time and weather conditions.
Sleeve
The handle is made of unbreakable polypropylene, Cold Steel's specialty: a modern material that does not crack or break and requires minimal maintenance.
Sharpening is carried out at our headquarters in Ventura, California, a Japanese-inspired, American-quality machete.
