Tanto Tactical Machete with sheath

The Warrior series from Cold Steel served as a model for the design of this collection of tactical machetes, in 3 different sizes: Katana Machete, Wakisashi Machette, and this one Tanto Machete.

The wide, curved tanto blade is made from heat-treated 1055 carbon steel with an anti-corrosion oven-enameled finish. The Tsuba (handle) is made of sturdy polymer

The wide, continuous full tang is encased in an injection-molded, impact-resistant polypropylene shaft that is incredibly sturdy and weather-resistant.

Cold Steel has gone to great lengths to emulate the look of a traditional handle wrapped in rope, fuchi (handle clamp) and kashira (handle cap).

Made entirely with modern materials that will not suffer from aging, wear or shrinking, tarnishing, and warping.

This tanto machete requires minimal maintenance while providing consistent optimal performance.

These tactical machetes are sharpened at Cold Steel's headquarters in Ventura, California.
A Cor-Ex™ scabbard is included with each model so they can be worn and stored conveniently.
