The sword of the Elven King Thranduil, father of Legolas Greenleaf, was one of two twin swords made for him by the finest smiths of the Woodland Realm. The blade and flowing hilt have been forged with engraved vine and leaf symbols representing the forests of Greenwood, all forged from a single piece of silver elven steel.
This replica features a stainless steel blade and cast metal handle , with authentic details precisely matching the prop from the film.
It is presented with a wooden wall display featuring a graphic design of Thranduil and includes a certificate of authenticity.

History of the sword
The Sword of Thranduil is the elven sword used by Thranduil in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.
Representation in Peter Jackson's The Hobbit adaptations and films
During the Dwarves' quest to reclaim their homeland of the Lonely Mountain from the dragon Smaug, the Mirkwood Elfking Thranduil possessed a sword of elven craftsmanship.
It first appears in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and appears as an elven longsword with a long but bare hilt and a curved hilt with elven runes etched into the blade. Its blade is straight.
Thranduil uses this sword to execute the orc soldier Narzug after an interrogation.
During the Battle of the Five Armies, he wielded a pair of great elven swords, designed to be wielded with two hands, but so perfectly weighted and balanced that each could be wielded with one hand. All of Thranduil's weaponry in the film is the result of artistic license, as JRR Tolkien never depicted Thranduil's weaponry in the books.
