Cooking, grilling and roasting
With its three legs it stands securely above the open fire. It is hotter in the middle than on the outside, so steaks, ready meals and the like can be kept warm there while vegetables are still sizzling in the middle. Before being used for the first time, the plate is burned so that a patina forms over frying and burning, giving a natural non-stick effect. Once burned, the plate becomes hot very quickly and you can start grilling immediately.
Make a fire
