This French knife manufactured according to the rules of the art, with a blade that measures 105mm in length , in 12C27 stainless steel with marking of the text " Le Camarguais ".

The 115mm long handle is accompanied by a bolster with Camargue cross. Its size allows comfortable and transportable transport as well as ergonomic due to its slightly curved shape.

Available with 3 different handle woods:

Olive wood with visible grain, for a unique appearance. It has antibacterial properties ideal for outdoor use.
Black horn , a sought-after material in the art of cutlery, the Black Cow Horn handle offers beautiful nuances as well as a very soft touch. La Coutellerie Le Camarguais carefully selects the highest part of the horn: rarer and denser, it guarantees the unique character of each of its knives.
Cade , this wood is also sometimes called Oxycedar Juniper, Prickly Cedar, Small Cedar or even Oxycedar. The juniper is a small tree that lives in the Mediterranean coastal region, it is one of the characteristic plants of scrubland and maquis. It gives off a very pleasant smell that does not fade over time.
