The Ti-lite was made by Phil Boguszewski. This knife dating from the 1950s has been modernized. It is currently available in 4" and 6" versions, they both have Zytel and Aluminum handles.
By handling this knife, you will realize its solidity. The blade of the knife balances perfectly with its handle when deployed . Its Spear-point shaped blade offers excellent sharpness.
The Zytel plates on the knife are very robust. With its “drilled” design and its rough surface, it offers a pleasant and comfortable grip.
The specificity that has made this knife so popular is due to the different blade deployment options. You can deploy the blade using the "Quillon" pusher and the Flipper operated by your thumb.
The Ti-lite has a pocket clip. The knife can be easily disassembled and reassembled for cleaning, if necessary.
Its blade is made of AUS-8 stainless steel. Very resistant to corrosion and wear. It can be locked in the open position by the liner lock. According to Cold Steel, this system can withstand forces of up to 60kg.
