Mini Bugout folding knife - Benchmade

After the resounding success of the classic Bugout and following the multitude of requests from knife fans all over the world, the Bugout was finally manufactured in smaller dimensions. So we present the 533 Mini Bugout!

Available in three different colors, the Mini Bugout maintains the same hardware configuration as its larger counterparts. In its smaller version, this mini Bugout knife weighs only 42 grams. With a closed length of 9.40cm, this ultralight folding knife is small enough to fit in a pack of cigarettes, but big enough for adventure.

The Mini Bugout is excellent for slicing, it's easy to control, it keeps a good edge and it's simple to sharpen. If you want a lightweight tool, this little Bugout will get the job done in style.

Nico's opinion

The Mini Bugout is a more compact version of the already excellent Bugout. I did everything with the Mini Bugout that I would have done with the original Bugout, and I think the case will be the same for many people. Of course, there are always usage setups where it's better to feature a larger folding knife, but for most tasks you'll be able to accomplish everything with the Mini.

The knife is made from quality materials and with good finishes. The fit and finish is excellent.

Unless you have Goliath-sized hands, I think you'll find this Mini Bugout perfectly functional. It's everything you need in pocket knife style. This is an excellent ultra-light EDC and I definitely recommend it.
