Gil Hibben is a very talented knife maker. Many productions call on him to design "the knife" which will accompany the star in the plot.
He notably used to design knives for Sylvester Stallone films, dating back to Bowie's Rambo III.
Stallone has been an avid collector of Gil's custom knives, and this relationship continued when Stallone asked Gil to make several knives to use in his new film, The Expendables .
One of them was the custom-designed and never before produced Old West Toothpick.
It offers a classic Arkansas Needle Point style AUS-6 stainless steel blade with a mirror polished finish and a solid brass back.
Certainly this knife is a little heavy due to its wooden handle. When you hold it in your hand you can feel its power and robustness.
A classic leather belt holster comes complete with the Gil Hibben logo.
