The full locking system means that all tools and knives on the handle body, except the pliers, lock to stay in place. Please note, however, that on the Crunch model the locking system is available on all tools, even on the pliers. Once the lock is engaged, when the tool is fully extended, the user can then apply pressure to complete their task. He can then unlock the tool manually before putting it away.
