Bushcraft Black SRT fixed blade knife - Morakniv

And above all, its thicker blade makes it more robust.

Everything about this knife works perfectly. I have used several Morakniv knives and so far, this one is superior to the ones I have presented except perhaps the Bushcraft Black Carbon which it rivals in size and performance.

The handle is very pleasant and I find that it fits well in the hand when wet.

The sharpened back of the blade works very well for making sparks by rubbing it on a fire steel or for scraping bark to make fire twigs. It is very sharp so be careful not to cut yourself

Like all Scandinavian knives, it is super easy to sharpen and is sharp in no time (stainless steel is a little softer than carbon)

The black color, although it is clear, is a nuisance if you put the knife on the ground because it blends in with the ground, in foliage or in the earth

You'll make wafer-thin sticks, dig notches, split wood, and much more with this knife. It is perfect for camping, backpacking, hiking, survival, everyday use and for pros; in tactical operations.
