The RAO is a compact survival knife with a strong, heavy blade. It was designed to go into the field with armed forces.
It has a particularly secure locking mechanism which allows you to transform this folding knife into a real fixed blade knife.
The blade is attached using a steel axle which is hand screwed through two holes in the protective area of the solid aluminum handle. This protection thus becomes an asset for intensive chopping and cutting tasks.
The knife sheath is an essential part of this system. It allows the user to carry the knife in the open state on a clip or strap or to carry it closed inside the pocket. The sheath can be attached to belts or equipment using the Molle system.
The sheath offers two options: it holds the knife in the open position to facilitate frequent use, or it protects it in the closed position so it can be carried in the front pocket. The knife comes with a diamond sharpener so you can always keep your knife perfectly sharp.
