Balance
The Mora Bushcraft Forest is a very well balanced knife. The sweet spot is right under the guard, meaning the Mora Bushcraft Forest has a tang that extends down to about a third of the handle.
Practical cases
Sheath retention is excellent. There is a nice little click to let you know the knife has been sheathed correctly.
Like all other Mora scabbards, the Mora Bushcraft Forest scabbard has a drainage hole. This drainage hole is very conveniently placed at the bottom of the sheath for maximum drainage of water and other liquids.
Modern and Nordic
The knife is modern and well thought out, just like most Nordic knives. It comes well packaged and is very functional.
The blade
The 12c27 steel blade measures 2.5 mm thick, which is more than enough for all bushcraft needs, so it is excellent as a bush knife thanks to its stainless steel blade and its low weight.
