Honoring the name Merrill's Marauders , also known by the code name Galahad, the famous United States assault unit in the Southeast Asian theater of conflict. The Cold Steel Marauder Bowie is tough , relentless and safe . It features an extra-wide, razor- sharp blade with a continuously curved edge and Clip-point blade profile.
Suitable for many military and survival and hunting scenarios, the Marauder is available and supplied with a versatile Secure-Ex sheath allowing the knife to be attached comfortably and securely to a belt or bag.
AUS 8A stainless steel
Cold Steel has used the same expertly heat-treated Japanese AUS 8A steel for nearly 30 years. This steel has proven itself over the years and has proven to be an excellent steel for work knives. It happens to be solid, resistant to corrosion, with good edge retention and easy to sharpen.
