The Launch 12 is the little brother of Kershaw's popular Launch 8 . Inspired by the look of classic Italian stilettos , this one mixes with modern technology. More compact than the original Launch 8, the Launch 12 weighs only 54 grams. Which makes it exceptionally easy to transport. The thin blade is sharpened on one side, has a sharpening on the top to reduce weight and accentuate the stiletto style. Integrated finger guards on the top and bottom of the handle keep fingers away from danger.
Made in the USA, the blade is CPM 154 powder coated for excellent sharpness, and offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear.
The lightweight, strong anodized aluminum handle is comfortably slim with a carbon fiber insert.
Low profile push button makes it more difficult to accidentally deploy the blade for added safety.
