Cold Steel® Monolithic fixed blades are cold forged (not cheaply cast!) from high carbon 52100 steel. Their solid steel bodies are expertly heat treated, from the tip to their sharp blades until the end of their sturdy handles . Additionally, each features an ergonomic contour and deep depression in the handle for a comfortable and secure grip.
The Survivalist is one of the largest knives from Cold Steel®. Its long, wide blade is designed for military applications as well as hunting, survival and bushcraft.
