Compared to their predecessors, the Pro series differ in the following important areas:

• The original VG10 laminated steel is replaced with a cobalt laminated steel blade (CoS laminate) which ensures long-lasting sharpness and improved edge retention.
• The blades are thicker, which increases torsional rigidity and allows the knives to withstand even greater external forces.
• The full-length conical tang is wider and thicker and therefore significantly stronger.
• The cross guard is now made of stainless steel and permanently welded to the tang.
• The convex edge of the blade has been refined to improve its cutting properties.
• The zytel sheaths are redesigned, more resistant and better adapted to the Molle attachment system.
