Extremely comfortable to wear all day, especially with the optional gel earbuds. The neckband style works equally well over an "operator cap" (i.e. a cap with velcro panels), as well as under a hard hat or hard hat. The amplification is surprisingly good and operates in true stereo with forward-biased microphones that mimic the sensoriality of unaided human hearing. It can be set loud enough to hear a coyote moving through a field at midnight, or lower to minimize distraction in a noisy environment.
