This long and sharp blade, shaped like a Dao, is very useful for performing the following function: chopping.
The Dao style is defined by a single-edged blade. This manufacturing method appeared in Chinese armies in the 2nd Century.
Since then, Dao blades have remained a sure value recognized for their robustness.
The blade of our Chop House is made from 9260 steel. With a thickness of 5.5 mm, this black anodized blade offers unparalleled resistance.
The full-tang finish handle offers a splendid design with the milled G10 plates.
The full-tang designates the tang found in the handle.
We could also call the full-tang, one-piece knife, because even without its handle, you can handle it like any other knife. However, the G10 handle provides better grip, more comfort and more safety.
The biggest advantage of this finish is its strength. It is more robust and will allow you to use it in all circumstances.
