Collection: C&H Precision | High performance adapter pads

C&H Precision pads are mounting interfaces, used to adapt and securely attach red dot sights to the top of a pistol.

They can be compared to mounting rails used to install optics on weapons. The C+H precision plates were born from a desire for reliability in order to help shooters have confidence both in their weapon but also in their aiming device.

Many sports shooters using handguns with a mounted optic experience a poor quality mounting interface. The consequences were dramatic because not only was the grouping resulting from their firing disastrous because it was too scattered, but in the most serious cases, the poor quality of the original plates caused the fixing screws to break and threw the sight red metal dot in the shooter's face.

To eliminate this risk, the engineers and workers working at C&H Precision sought to develop the most reliable plate to install on a handgun.

To do this, they machined the inserts using the CNC, that is to say with a numerically controlled milling machine, from a block of forged aluminum.

This quality of research and development and the passion for pistol shooting have produced plates with perfect adjustment and given rise to adapter plates superior to those on the market. Witness to the know-how of modern American gunsmithing.

The CHPWS (CH Precision Weapon System) line of adapter pads has evolved over the past five years because the stock mounting pads are the weakest link in a red dot system on a handgun. Finally, it was, because everything changed with the appearance of the Defender V4 plate from C&H Precision: an aluminum replacement with the advantages of solidity, resistance to torsion and a perfect fit.
